Returns 
Our policy is 14 days for a full refund and 21 days for an online credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all hygienic liners and hang tags.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please note that all refunds are processed 3-5 business days from the return of your swimsuit to our warehouse. If after 3-5 business days you still have not received your refund please contact us at returns@briseaswim.com with your order number.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Faulty Sale items may be refunded within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days we issue a store credit to your account.

ALL ITEMS marked final sale are sold as such. No exceptions.

All SALE items marked 20% off or more are final sale. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size please email us at returns@briseaswim.com. If the item you are looking for is still in stock we will exchange it for you. Items that are sold out will be refunded to your original purchase method.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
